Role Responsibility:
- Overseeing the measurement and preparation of valuations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Skillfully preparing and agreeing on interim valuations and final accounts, ensuring optimal financial outcomes.
- Recording, monitoring, and reviewing the financial performance of contracts, taking a proactive approach to cost control.
- Managing financial accounts and presenting project performance to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Building strong client relationships by liaising and presenting project performance professionally and confidently.
- Maximizing revenue by securing payments from customers within specified contract terms, showing your prowess in financial management.
- Taking charge of subcontract procurement and efficiently managing subcontractor accounts, fostering strong working partnerships.
- Leading the way in pre-contract pricing and agreement of project costs, showcasing your expertise in cost estimation.
- Guiding and mentoring subordinate staff to help them grow and excel in their roles.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
- Membership in a relevant professional body such as CICES or RICS, showcasing your dedication to professional development.
- A track record of working on general Civil Engineering or Utilities projects, indicating your industry expertise.
