Short list
We will select the most suitably qualified candidates and whenever possible undertake face to face interviews utilising best practice interviewing techniques. We will present your business professionally to candidates with background information on the role, culture and environment. You will be presented with a shortlist of candidates with detailed information on their backgrounds and experiences.
Client Interviews
After agreement on the short-listed candidates, we will coordinate interviews with you and the selected candidates, and receive feedback from both parties in a timely manner. Interviews can be held at your premises or at our offices.
Making the Offer
We will advise the successful candidate of the offer and act as the liaison point for you regarding salary negotiations, offer letter and contract, length of notice period, commencement date and any specific induction details or requirements. Once the formal job offer has been accepted in writing by the candidate we will advise unsuccessful candidates promptly.
Follow-Up
We will follow up with you and the candidate after commencement in the role to ensure there has been a smooth transition for you and the employee.
